Unlike the AM6 set, the Derbi model is a single piece combining the ignition cover and sprocket cover. It is also available as a transparent, semi-customisable or fully custom version.

Highly popular for Rieju MRT, Beta RR, Sherco and other bikes fitted with an AM6 engine, our transparent ignition cover features a 3 mm acrylic window precision-cut with a CO₂ laser. This centre section is removable and can be replaced separately.

An MRT ignition cover compatible with every model year
The AM6 engine uses the same fixing points, so our AM6 ignition cover fits different model years. It is also suitable for Rieju MRT, Beta RR, Sherco, Fantic, Vent and Yamaha DT bikes fitted with a Minarelli AM6 engine.
The clutch stop prevents the actuator arm from coming out of position, a known issue on AM6 engines. It also includes a route for the carburettor overflow hoses.

For a fully custom ignition cover, our team creates the artwork from your brief and, if you wish, a photo of your bike. A proof is sent by email within 3 to 5 days after payment.
Because the part is 3D printed, extremely fine details in a logo or graphic may need to be simplified to ensure a clean finish.

Our ignition covers are not made from files downloaded from the Internet. Every model is designed by NSF Grafics and manufactured in our workshop using a fleet of more than 30 3D printers running almost all year round. This control allows us to offer original shapes, extensive customisation and a finish you will not find on a standard cover.

Which ignition cover should I choose for a Rieju MRT?
A Rieju MRT fitted with a Minarelli AM6 engine uses our AM6 ignition cover range. As the fixing points are identical across AM6 engines, our models fit different MRT model years without modification.
What is included in an AM6 ignition cover set?
The set includes the ignition cover, sprocket cover, clutch stop and all required screws. The stop keeps the clutch actuator arm in position and includes a route for the carburettor overflow hoses.
Is the transparent ignition cover removable?
Yes. The transparent 3 mm acrylic window is CO₂ laser-cut, held in place with anodised screws and can be removed or replaced separately.
Can you create a fully custom ignition cover?
Yes. For a fully custom creation, you can describe your project and attach a photo of your bike. Our team creates the design and sends a proof by email within 3 to 5 days after payment. Very fine details may be simplified to remain compatible with 3D printing.

Are the covers compatible with racing ignition systems?
Yes. Our ventilated covers are compatible with the standard ignition and many racing ignition systems, including MVT, Most, Italkit and Selettra. For a highly specific setup, contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility.
How should I clean a clear-coated ignition cover?
The glossy automotive clear coat makes cleaning easier and improves long-term durability. Use a soft cloth with soapy water and avoid solvents or harsh products.
