Preparation and shipping of your order:
Orders are shipped once the products have been manufactured.
The production time for semi-custom parts is approximately 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The production time for 100% custom parts is approximately 10 days after we receive your approval of the mock-up (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The production time for decorative items and fire extinguishers is approximately 15 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay and delivered to the selected pickup point.
Once you receive your tracking number by email, please allow around 5 days for the parcel to arrive at the pickup point (excluding weekends and public holidays).
