The production time for semi-custom parts is around 10 days. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
The production time for 100% custom parts is around 10 days after receiving your mockup approval. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
The production time for decorative items is around 10 days.
Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay and delivered to the selected pickup point.
After receiving your tracking number by email, please allow about 5 days for the parcel to arrive at the pickup point (excluding weekends and public holidays).
